There are few features within ZoomInfo-SF integration wherein some of the field values in ZoomInfo are not customisable and thus we have to do a small bit of workaround to get that integrated with SF.

Out of the dozens of vendors we've worked with over the years, this is the first we'll be terminating due to the quality of the service not the product. I know multiple companies that were forced in to renewing a contract because they didn't catch that Zoom Info, unlike any other service I've used, has a day notice not 30 required to discontinue renewal. On multiple occasions their approach to getting a contract renewal or increasing our spend has been through force and contractual language, rather than actual service.
They have a very large database, but the quality of the data is mediocre. Granted this is a problem with every one of their competitors. It literally feels like an abusive relationship. We're switching to Seamless. This company has stolen my info from Efinancial careers and published my name etc. This is ridiculous. I can't even get hold of them.
I have reached out many times about wrong information about my company and have always been assured someone would get back to me Never happens.
It seems that there can't be much in the form of checks and balances when someone submits info. They have a competitor listed as a principal for my company. This competitor has never worked for me in any way. I guess anyone can submit info. Stole my information from LinkedIn without my consent.
Cannot remove it or even contact support with downloading their software and signing up. A disgusting, dishonest, corrupt company that should not exist. Unethical Company with unethical people. We have a long-time customer with ZoomInfo. The price point for the solution did not meet the value for our company. We canceled and they will not accept our notice.
Now they are threatening legal action based on an auto-renew clause not stated very clearly in their contract. I did not know companies like this still existed no ethics and no integrity. Our recruiting and sales teams have been using the ZoomInfo platform for a few months and it's been extremely helpful. We love being able to have clear insights for our Sales teams and it enhances our overall bottom line to utilize accurate data in Recruiting. This is a tool that is an absolute game changer.

Very deceptive sales tactics. Auto-renew is one of them with no room to cancel even 45 days prior to renewal. They reach out to schedule a renewal talk and schedule it for after the auto renew date.
I enjoyed the service but cannot stand their business practices and will never work with them or any company that operates in this manner. Their attorney Alexis Demoulas perpetuates their unethical tactics by trying to enforce their contracts. Shame on you and Zoom for this behavior. Having asked ZoomInfo to remove incorrect details about our company on their website including turnover, phone number and members of staff , they have been unresponsive. We continue to receive many phone calls for a different company.
Zoominfo bullied Trustpilot to remove the review, so here it is again. Unethical business practices like I have never seen before in an attempt to lock you in their contract forever. The data for Europe is not even good; we got almost no return on the expensive investment we made on the platform, so our sales team decided not to renew.
However, Zoominfo's contract is shady and sneaks in a tiny auto-renew clause in the contract; you won't hear from them again after you sign up until the moment your "opt-out window" for the contract expires. We've tried to cancel our contract with a 45 days notice, but they claim it's not possible and we must renew another year because the notice is 60 days uncommon in the SaaS industry.
Their reps harass you, calling five times a day to force the renew and threatening with legal action and debt collectors. We are a company based in Europe, and the European Union considers this practice "unfair contract terms" and such lock-in clauses cannot be enforced as they do in the US, but still Zoominfo keeps sending constant legal threats, even claim that will involve the US Embassy in the matter, and harasses our sales reps and calls the office all the time with more threats.
I've been using ZoomInfo for about a year and it's been instrumental for my sales team to prospect and tap into new markets. I'm always amazed by the amount of data we get! The data has been a game changer for our sales team. I was really impressed with the quality of the data and the automative tools that help make prospecting less manual and time consuming for my reps.

And even worse, they appear to have sold that number to a large number of other business who are now also calling. And they just tried LinkedIn and are really proud of themselves for being really persistent.
The word I would use is harassment. We were baited in as many were here with promises of the Earth, only to have the products stripped back when actually paying. Promises of ongoing support, a user friendly system, all lies.
The system is intuitive, hard to use and carry out the most basic functions, only to find a lot of the data is fake anyway and made up by their internal systems. Pure boiler room, high pressure sales tactics intended to extract maximum value before you realize its a rip-off.
You aren't able to test drive the service without speaking to a "Director" and making a commitment. Better served with a Linked In premium subscription, which is backed by MS and privacy-compliant. This company has no respect for data privacy. I am trying to prevent them from using my data and the opt out page just sends me in a loop to an error page. It seems they are stretching the legitimate interest rule of GDPR to the max. Maybe a complaint to the ICO and a hefty fine would put a stop to such sharp practices.
